This past October, I had the absolute joy of photographing Bianca and Chad’s wedding day—a celebration filled with elegance, love, and timeless beauty. From the quiet, heartfelt moments during their getting ready process to the joyful interactions with friends and family at their reception, every part of their day was a dream to document.
Their entire day was split between two beautiful locations in Fallston, Maryland—St. Mark’s Church for their Catholic ceremony and the stunning Liriodendron Mansion for both getting ready and their reception.
Bianca and Chad both began their day getting ready at the Liriodendron, and the venue couldn’t have been a more perfect backdrop. The historic mansion is full of natural light, elegant architectural details, and serene garden spaces—making it a photographer’s dream.
Bianca wore a cathedral veil that was simply breathtaking. The way it trailed behind her and caught the light throughout the day added such an ethereal touch to her bridal look. I’ll be sharing several getting ready images here, including moments with her bridal party and the beautiful quiet before the ceremony.
The ceremony took place at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Fallston, a sacred and meaningful setting for Bianca and Chad’s vows. The church was filled with warmth, tradition, and family support as they exchanged their promises. I captured a mix of wide-angle views of the sanctuary, emotional reactions from loved ones, and intimate moments as they said “I do.”
After the ceremony, we returned to the Liriodendron for portraits, and the late afternoon light was absolutely magical. The gardens, stone steps, and ivy-covered walls created such a romantic setting for Bianca and Chad to soak in those first just-married moments. Their chemistry made my job easy—every glance and touch felt genuine and full of love.
One of my favorite parts of the day was following Bianca and Chad as they mingled with their guests during cocktail hour and the reception. I love blending into the background to capture the unposed, candid moments—the laughter, hugs, and happy tears that unfold when no one’s looking for the camera.
These are the moments that truly round out a wedding gallery and bring it all to life.
Bianca and Chad were an absolute joy to work with, and I’m so honored they trusted me to document such a meaningful day. They loved their photos and the overall experience, which means the world to me. I’m always grateful to help bring a couple’s vision to life—and to preserve memories they’ll treasure for years to come.
If you’re getting married at the Liriodendron, anywhere in Maryland, or on the east coast and want timeless, heartfelt photos that tell the full story of your day—I’d love to connect.
